Nutritional guidelines and workouts are provided to client based on age, activity level, height, weight, and client goals.
- Macronutrient calculations with specific or range targets for fat, carb, protein intake adjusted as needed to reach goals
- Food journaling, mindful eating techniques with general guidelines
The workout plan is based upon client's fitness level, goals, schedule, and environment (gym vs home).
To monitor progress, a weekly check-in will be completed via client's preference-phone, email or facetime.

Macronutrient Calculations
One time macronutrient calculation based on your specific goals. Macro counting is great because it’s not a one-size-fits-all plan. It’s commonly referred to as “flexible dieting” since you’re eating real foods without really depriving your body.

Need an extra push at the gym? I am committed to supporting you in transforming your health and achieving your fitness goals. I will be by your side for every workout to ensure you stay motivated and to teach you proper form for each exercise.
A fitness assessment will be completed to create a plan that will be appropriate for your fitness level and goals.
